  “Top notch food and service from a fourth generation butcher. Best of both worlds. Quality PRIME beef and wine during the day. Transitions to a Mediterranean restaurant during most nights. Reservations a must on the weekends, which should explain fully how popular this small business is. DO NOT MISS!!!”

  “I was in there a couple of weeks ago. A guy named Joe helped me. He was nice, but when I ordered a 1 1/2 lbs. of marinated skirt steak he used his hands with no gloves. My teenage son thought everything looked bad in the case-but I thought well, how bad could skirt steak be. What I didn't realize is that they charge $15.oo a lb for SKIRT STEAK. Our skirt steak was $27!! Okay so very overpriced. I asked Joe if I didn't cook it today, when should I and he said within 2 days. We went home and grilled it that day. Within 3 hours I was not feeling well and my son had puked up the steak. My hubby has a cast iron stomach, not to mention he is on two antibiotics. So nothing happened to him. We promptly threw away any leftover meat. The next day I called them. I did not talk with Joe or Nick (the owner), but I spoke to another man. I told him I wanted him to know that he should not be selling the meat and that it made us sick. He said he would check on it and he was sorry. He didn't pass the call to the owner or get my name or tried to fix it or give me back some of my money. They truly lost a costumer here. Though my guess is that their prices are so overpriced that their meat sits for a while and goes bad. That's my opinion, I don't know that for a fact. I gave them one star because there was not an option to give them no stars.”
