  Refreshingly Different

  “I wanted some meat that I could make Beef Jerky for my grandson in the Marines. I called Carniceria Los Cuates and talked to Poncho. He suggested a cut of meat to use and stated he could have 10 lbs. ready by 4 pm. When I arrived I found the store was not only a meat market but also has many other items not found at big box stores. I met with Poncho's brother Jesus in the meat market area and he had my order ready. Such an accommodating polite group of employees. The meat looked Beautiful.”

  “I have never been disappointed in the meat or cheese. The sausages are gristle free and not too spicy. Also, not greasy like those from a grocery store. I don't know if they make their cheese, but it is fresher then store bought and delicious.”

  “Your new Hot Chubbys have no flavor & are not HOT . We used to send a worker from Ft. Worth once a month to get 50# .They were great . Now they suck . Would not walk across the street to get them . ”
