As a second generation meat cutting family, we process your animal to a high standard of cleanliness. We provide boneless processing. We double wrap with plastic inner and over wrap with paper. Bulk sausages are available. We can provide raw summer sausages made out of your animal that YOU cook. Rushes are accepted in under 3 days. We are Open from September 1st til December 15 for certain each year. Please call after December 15 for availability.
