We are your Central Wisconsin Deer processing headquarters. We offer full processing from steaks, chops, roasts, and grinding. All the way down to a simple De-Bone for bulk. We could spend all day bragging but just ask your friends they have probably been here! Formerly Goldsmiths chop shop our crew has been serving this community since 2020 and we look forward to serving you again. To be very clear we only handle wild game. In spring / summer we offer lawn care, brush clearing and wood splitting/ storm cleanup give us a call for an estimate.
