We are a local butcher shop offering true farm to table products. Our American-wagyu beef is raised and butchered by us in Utah County. We are the farmers and the butchers. It doesn't leave our hands until we give it to you. Our butcher shop is full-service and features beef, pork, poultry, elk, bison, and lamb. Beef shares and subscription boxes are also available. Cooking classes now available in our new kitchen above the butcher shop.
