We are a full-service, state inspected and certified, custom-exempt butcher shop. We accept all livestock as well as wild game. We offer limited mobile slaughter services. Bacon, hams and other cured meats are injected, cured and smoked. We provide 10, 14 and 21 day aging options for beef. All our product is chamber vacuum sealed, boxed and frozen prior to pickup.
