The business started in 1985 as Eddie's Taxidermy and has been owned/operated by Terry & Ann Jahns since then. For 30 years, Eddie's Taxidermy was affiliated with Eddie's Deer Processing. Terry and Ann worked hard with Eddie's Game Processing ownership to grow both businesses by providing quality products with an exceptional level of customer service. Relying solely on our customers' experiences to result in word of mouth marketing, Eddies Game Processing and Taxidermy grew from a small family owned business into a renowned facility for South Texas hunters to use for their meat processing and taxidermy needs.
