We are a Full Service Butcher Shop and Smokehouse. We have several varieties of brisket, steaks, roast, ground beef, pork chops, pork ribs, best variety of Brats, chicken thighs, chicken breast, chicken wings , and marinated meats. We also make our own Jerky, Snack Sticks, several flavors of Summer Sausage, Boudin, Hot Links, slab bacon, Buckboard bacon, Canadian bacon and smoked sausages. We have BBQ to eat in or to go, that includes, Chopped Beef, Pulled Pork, 1/2 chickens and ribs. You can choose 2 sides for a plate lunch which include, Macaroni salad, potato salad, beans, or coleslaw. We carry BBQ rubs, we also carry some different BBQ sauces as well as, pickled quail eggs, pickles. By the Inch or By The Pound, Best Meat Around!!
