“I wanted some meat that I could make Beef Jerky for my grandson in the Marines. I called Carniceria Los Cuates and talked to Poncho. He suggested a cut of meat to use and stated he could have 10 lbs. ready by 4 pm. When I arrived I found the store was not only a meat market but also has many other items not found at big box stores. I met with Poncho's brother Jesus in the meat market area and he had my order ready. Such an accommodating polite group of employees. The meat looked Beautiful.” -

“I have never been disappointed in the meat or cheese. The sausages are gristle free and not too spicy. Also, not greasy like those from a grocery store. I don't know if they make their cheese, but it is fresher then store bought and delicious.” -
