A Ranch based Meat Market… outdoor restaurant… We serve hot food made when you order with our delicious meat.. Wed through Fri 11-2 Saturday 11-3… A little history. We are a close family that has been raising cattle for over 30 years. My dads vision was to work as a family. As a young girl along with my siblings we moved to Knippa Texas from Mississippi where we continued our cattle business.Endless hours of fun and work. Feeding baby calves, saddling horses, penning & sorting cattle, working cattle & loading trucks, opening gates & checking cattle, cooking for “the crew”(we’ve always loved to cook) so many good memories & making more.We have been eating our beef all our life. We are passionate about raising beef cattle & eating beef.
