We have a lot of concerns about the health of our food and we know you do too. Labels don't seem to mean anything. Organic doesn't mean pasture-raised. Grass-fed is not the same as grass-finished, is not the same as organic. What should be simple and easy has been turned into a complex maze of legal terms. We want to provide the most nutritious and healthy food possible. We're concerned about what's in our food and we won't sell you anything we wouldn't eat ourselves.
