Bonavére Meat Co. raises premium grass fed and finished beef on our lush Colorado mountain pastures where skies are sunny, air is pure, water is abundant, soils are naturally regenerative, and grass is rich in nutrients. How they are raised translates to the flavor and our beef tastes better! We process at our USDA facility, dry age for 21 days, individually vacuum seal for freshness and then distribute from our ranch in Dripping Springs, TX. From regenerative land practices on our Colorado farmland, to sharing profits with our farmers and their communities, our commitment is to do truly good from soil to soul.
