Hello Granbury! Bluebonnet Meat Company is proud to announce our new premium meat market in Granbury. How are we different than a typical meat market? We control every aspect of processing, sourcing high-quality Black Angus cattle, state-inspected & humanely harvested, custom cutting, smoking & packaging. We even operate retail shops! No supply chain issues here. Just premium meats from a known source! When we need meat products in high volume, (such as a recent order of 600 ribeye steaks), we source primal cuts from known, exclusively Black Angus ranches, who are all family-owned. Bluebonnet has been in the meat processing business for 80 years, so we are not new to the business, just new to Granbury.
