We are a full service butcher shop with only our meat, 100% pasture-raised on our family farm in middle Tennessee. Beef, pork, and chicken are all custom cut fresh. We also carry products from other local farmers and suppliers that are committed to producing quality, clean, nutrient-rich products. We offer a full range of products in our grocery, all of which are carefully selected to meet our standards - non-GMO and no seed oils. We have prepared meals, soups, sandwiches, and salads to go every day, as well as local cheeses and dairy, veggies, snacks, pantry staples and more.
