Our family farm story begins in 1939. The Holland family farm known as Holly Knoll Farms exited the dairy business in 2020. We are a fourth generation family farm. The Holland operation consists of the following: black angus cow-calf pairs, hay, corn, and soybeans. Also, we sell grass fed premium beef individual cuts and 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef shares. We have individual pork cuts too. Our goal has always been to be a diversified family farm. When we exited the dairy business, our daughter, Ashlan decided we needed to add more revenue to the farm, that's when she started selling grass fed premium beef along with the pork.
