Our goal is to provide the highest-quality beef in the Southeast. To ensure that level of quality, we pledge to be honest about our process and our beef – and to keep our land, our animals, and our employees local. The grasssfed Longhorn and Certified Angus beef we care for are all-natural and locally raised by experienced certified beef farmers. We grain finish the beef ourselves and butcher on-site for high-end restaurants in the Knoxville area and across the Southeast. We take pride in caring for the land and animals that we have the opportunity to look after. We are dedicated to caring about our employees and giving back to the surrounding community that we serve.
