Small local meat locker that specializes in beef. We can help you get a local quarter half or whole beef that matches what you are looking for. Some want prime old school corn fed, some like grass fed, some like huge lean black steers with less fat... All up to the customer. We have hundreds of local producers to choose from. If you are a producer yourself, we always have openings in the spring and summer. Fall and winter fill a year in advance but feel free to call and check as we do try to take in emergencies or fill canceled spots. We don't make many homemade products anymore as we are trying to keep up with custom beef demand. During the summer, we will make a large variety of grilling brat flavors and keep them on hand.
