Minnesela Meats is a local Black Hills, SD ranching operation located in the heart of the historic Minnesela Valley. We raise quality meat to include but not be limited to; Corriente and Akaushi (Wagyu) Beef. We pride ourselves in raising our beef from birth to table with love, care, and respect! Our Owners are a diverse group of local families that pride themselves in providing quality products to their customers. They each bring a little something different to the operation. Like that old saying, 'two brains are better than one', well that is exactly what we believe!
