Hudson Meats and Sausages is not only USDA inspected but also organically certified, and an animal welfare approved plant. We do custom processing of beef, pork, and lamb. We offer a full line of retail meats, sausages, and have our very own smokehouse. Family Owned and operated since September 1983. We take pride in every piece of meat we process.
