Everything the customer receives back is vacuum sealed for easier storage, easier thawing, and longer lasting product. J&J Smokehouse also has a food truck and catering service specializing in BBQ style food. Fan favorites including our smoked mac n' cheese , smoked BBQ pulled pork, hot sausage, among other things. Everything is homemade and served hot at events all around Pennsylvania and some parts of Ohio.
