The Farmery raises premium, pastured meats for Southwestern Pennsylvania. We are committed to our great-grandparents principles of whole-animal butchery, producing not just delicate cuts of meat, but also fully using the bones, hides, pelts, and lard. Founded over 100 years ago, we place respect for the land and animals at the forefront of everything we do. Our Berkshire pork, Icelandic lamb, Galloway beef, and poultry can be ordered by the cut or as half/whole animal shares through our site. Orders are picked up at the Farmery, at our pop-up market (10AM-12PM every last Saturday of the month unless listed differently on our website) or delivered through home delivery.
