We are a small business locally owned and operated since 1999 who strive on customer satisfaction. All of our products are made with our own special blend of seasonings and made right in our shop. Nothing is ever sent out. When you bring us your deer it's always your own deer you get back and that's our guarantee! We make slim jim's, summer sausage, trail bologna, jerky and fresh bratwurst.
