About us Melloni’s Catering was established in 1990 as a meat market/deli, but soon branched out into catering. The catering business was born out of the Melloni’s love for cooking and the desire to provide food that tastes like it comes from “Mom’s” kitchen. Melloni’s “Blue Collar” Catering makes catered events affordable and enjoyable to all by providing home cooked tastes and a variety of packages to choose from
