Husband and wife duo, Chris and Lisa opened the 500 sq ft original location of Marbled in 2014. Within that space they spent 3 years immersing themselves within a community of food and environmental fanatics that care where their food is sourced. The focus was always to work with small farms based in NY and the surrounding states that raise their animals on pasture using certified humane practices. Chris has spent years developing recipes for their line of carefully crafted fresh sausage, smoked meats and charcuterie. Every visit to the shop their customers get to experience old world classics as well and modern takes on family traditions. In 2018 they were offered a larger space to expand to include lunch, prepared foods, and catering.
