As descendants from the province of Biella in Italy’s Piedmont region, we feature traditional style sausages and salumi with an emphasis on quality and flavor. We use the highest quality ingredients from not only local farms in the Tri-State area, but also select farmers that we have been working with for many years. Salumeria Biellese has been selected as a recipient of the Slow Food NYC award for its contributions to authenticity, quality and sustainability .
