Since 2003 JB has been raising Wagyu Cattle, DNA Verified to originate from the original Fullblood Wagyu cattle that were imported from Japan. A majority of Wagyu Beef outside Japan is a 50% cross wagyu with only 50% Wagyu Genetics. Our Wagyu is purebred for a much more authentic experience.
