We are a young family determined to offer a uniquely healthy source of protein to our neighbors while preserving the legacy of the American bison in their most natural state. While agriculture continues to evolve, we are stripping back the lens of man and trying to see things through the lens of our creator. The American bison was the original meat of North America. We are proud to once again return these beautiful animals to their deserved prairielands.
