Better meats, like all better food, is grown right. Whether grass-fed, or non-gmo fed, meat animals need great nutrition and a great environment to grow healthy and provide nutrition for us. Big Frank's has established on-farm relationships with the small farmers we source from to make sure that the meat going into our bodies is the most nutritious and cleanest we can find. We are a local butcher shop, so we get these meat animals on a weekly basis from the farmer's USDA slaughter facility and butcher them up into cuts in our shop. We're able to customize your order and get the cuts you want.
