Natchez Deer Shop is a locally owned deer and hog processing facility that is open seasonally from October 1 thru deer season, and we close about Feb 10th each year. Our specialty items include numerous flavors of smoked sausage and also summer sausage. We cut to order each deer, and offer lots of options for our customers. Give us a call or come by today.
