We are a local family owned and operated butcher shop. We have a in house smoke house to make and smoke all our sausages that we offer. We off anything from from summer sausage ring bologna and wieners just to name a few.. we also do on-site slaughter and custom processing. We are also equal to certified by the state of Minnesota. Which means we can buy and sell local meat from Farmers. So that you can buy local meet from local farmers.
