A meat market tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood of Mankato. Here you will find great customer service providing you with the meats you desire! We pride ourselves on locally sourcing fresh meat cuts and a huge variety of smoked products. Although there is no longer any animal processing done here (just in New Richland) We still strive to give you the butcher shop experience and can still source the products you are looking for. Our New Richland Neighbor's expanded to Hilltop in June 2024 and we look forward to seeing you soon! See you at the MEAT counter!
