We are a small, local family owned custom meat processing and retail meat shop. We opened our custom side October 30, 2019 and our retail side on February 7, 2024. We take pride in our work and are passionate about bringing quality meats to our community. Stop in to try some of our customer favorites: smoked pork chops, marinated tri tip, pineapple teriyaki snack sticks, or our marinated garlic parmesan chicken breasts.
