At Ski's Sausage we feature over 25 different kinds of Artisan fresh sausages, all made entirely in house using formulas that were developed in the sausage kitchen. We control everything going into the sausage and always will! Sausages are frozen, vacuum-packed for freshness and ready to be cooked. We are well known for our Evanski Family Polish Kielbasa recipes that are also award winning! You can find Ski's Sausage at the Dexter and Ann Arbor Farmer's markets on Saturdays.
