DM processing llc is a small mom & pop custom butcher. Pigs are preferred. We have simplified the cost of hog butchering. No kill fee, sanitation fee, no extra charges for grinding, no extra charge for smoking and slicing the bacon. Which is cured and smoked on sight, never sent out, and we never use liquid smoke. With that said, the charge for custom butchering your pig is $1.65 per pound hanging weight. You bring a pig that weighs 300 pounds live. Has a hanging weight of 200#. You will simply multiply 200 x $1.65 = $330. All the cuts are vacuum packed, double bagged and frozen solid. We are also licensed with Michigan DNR to process deer, give us a call, text before deer drop off and for current pricing and any additional information.
