We are a specialty meat store. We make over 20 varieties of sausages. We grind our own ground chuck and use only choice Angus beef. We also smoke a variety of meats. In addition, we hand-cut our choice Angus beef steaks, chuck roasts, and pork chops. Check us out on Facebook for our full menu. We also make a variety of sausages, snack sticks, summer sausage, etc. with your venison, but we no longer process the deer. Please call for more details.
