Our Old World–style pâtés & sausages are created by Chef Jamie Stachowski from recipes handed down through generations and reflect his passion for true charcuterie. Our products give the consumer options and flexibility to be creative with their own inspired dishes. SBC offers a wide variety of handcrafted gourmet fresh and cured sausages, a wide assortment of galantines, pâtés, terrines, and meats of the highest quality. Our recipes are chef driven and hand crafted with fresh ingredients in small batches for the best quality and freshness. We use choice cuts and never use binders, fillers, or extenders.
