We process Deer and Bear. Have been doing this for over 30 yrs. We weigh, skin, debone everything~ then it is cut your way, steaks, Back straps, Tenderloins, and Hamburger and we also have a mild sausage seasoning we can mix with some or all, or half, or two pounds ~ your choice. Everything is then wrapped or vacuum sealed labeled then frozen~ if you want it caped or you want to save the head just ask us so we can label it and if you have antlers they will be in.
