Over 90 years and still smokin'! Located in the heart of Louisiana, in the Andouille Capital of the World, is our little barn shaped home. Owned and operated by five generations of the Jacob's family, we specialize in andouille, sausage, tasso and more. We are only 3.3 miles off of I-10, so when you drive through Southeast Louisiana, drop off the interstate at Exit 209 for a little break and come visit us! We welcome you to come for a free tour of our Smokehouse facility, and samples of our products.
