This method ensures nutrient-dense grasses, which directly enhance the flavor and quality of our lamb. Antibiotics are used sparingly, only when necessary, resulting in ethically raised, naturally flavorful meat. Our beef shares this commitment to quality, beginning its life on open pastures where it feeds exclusively on grass, developing rich, complex flavors. As they mature, our cattle transition to a corn-finished diet, which enhances tenderness and marbling.
