Established in 2011, Palmer Farms Meats began selling grass-finished beef from our Kirksey, KY farm. Our commitment to quality drove us to local farmers markets, spreading the taste of our family-raised beef. In 2022, we expanded by acquiring a historic meat processing plant, initially built by the Gregory Family in 1965, to serve even more of Western Kentucky. This expansion diversified our offerings to include not only our beloved grass-fed beef cuts like steaks, roasts, ground beef, beef hotdogs, snack stix, and summer sausage, but also new products such as whole hog country sausage (available hot or mild), bacon, Italian pork sausage, and a selection of flavorful brats.
