Family owned business with over 25 yrs of experience in deer processing in Bagdad KY ...we de-bone our deer and do not use a saw. We can steak out the backstrap/sirloin/round and make roast. Also we can tenderize your steaks. Hot and mild breakfast sausage is also a specialty of ours. This year we will be making our own summer sausage along with the burger we make.
