We are a small family owned and operated butcher shop located just north of Tower Hill, IL. Because we're small, sometimes our availability changes due to family obligations. Please be sure to contact us before coming out. To be certain we're open please call, text or msg us on Facebook. We try to reply within the hour. We offer pork and beef cuts and a wide variety of brats and sausages. The pork is raised on site and the beef is either raised on site or comes from a farm in Fayette County (friends of ours).
