Founded in 2020 and located in Emmett, Idaho, The Corner Butcher Shop (TCBS) began with the goal to rebuild the relationship between the consumer and those who locally grow and prepare their food for consumption. We have grown slowly but surely in the community, continually adding more and more local products allowing us to expand our offerings. What started off as just beef and pork has since expanded to poultry and processed meats.
