We are a locally owned and operated butcher shop/custom meat processor. We have been at our current location in Hayden, Id for over 20 years. We mostly process wild game and are known best for our smoked sausages. We are owner/operators so we can not always answer the phone, so please send a text if you have questions and we will get back to you as soon as we can, it can be several hours before we can respond, so please be patient.
