We are a custom meat shop located in Council Idaho. Although we no longer do custom beef, pigs, etc., we have continued to process wild game in the fall. We have been located in Council since the fall of 1985. Our wild game is processed 100% boneless and we have told customers for many years, "If you take care of your meat, you deserve to get it back. If you don't take of your meat, you deserve to get it back." ;) We make several varieties of smoked meats and your meat is not mixed with anyone else's meat so we do have minimum amounts on each variety of smoked meats you order. We have been at the same location, approximately 3 miles north of Council for more than 25 years and look forward to seeing customers old and new each fall
