All cuts are vacuum-packed fresh and then frozen to preserve longevity. Our beef is grass-fed, grain finished and dry-aged from 14-21 days. This process helps the beef achieve its maximum flavor and tenderness. Rosie's Hometown Meats does not contain any added hormones, antibiotics, additives, preservatives, or nitrates.
