If you have a whole deer you want to bring me you must bring a cooler it is $125. I'll hang it up , skin, gut/quarter it(takes 10 mins) put the meat in a bag in the cooler. The guts, hide, and bones go in a contractor bag for you to take and dispose of. I ice the cooler really well and process it within 48 hours and it's ready for pick up or me to meet you half way with. If you're within an hour travel distance of Gainesville I will come out hang, gut, skin, quarter your deer. Place the meat in a cooler iced. And bring the meat back process it and have it ready for pick up or me to meet you half way with within 48hrs. $200 flat rate fee per deer standard cut and grind. We do offer jerky and sausage , at an additional cost.
