At Knight's Meat Company, we believe in family and traditions. Father & Daughter team, Mike & Nickie Knight, continue 3 generations of sausage & bacon traditions that all started back in 1973 with our founder, father and grandfather, Mr. Lou. Our retail store is an old school butcher shop which offers custom cuts and a wide selection of fresh meats to include beef, chicken, pork and seafood items in addition to our signature fresh sausage made in-house weekly. Local & fresh products are hard to beat! We also proudly make our own bacon, beef bacon, sausage and souse meat in store each week. Sausage making is our business and a family tradition.
