We are a USDA federally inspected meat processor, we also do custom processing. Animals we process are cows, pigs, sheep and goats. We cut to order and anyway you want it. All meat processed will be vacuum sealed for longer and fresher freezer time. We also specialize in several different sausages and brats. Along with processing cows, pigs, sheep, and goats.... we are NOW accepting DEER.
