Old Stage Angus truly is a family business where we raise cattle for local customers in California. Father and daughter pair, Myron and Serena Schotanus, started this small operation when they noticed a demand for high-quality local beef. We know cattle and we know what it takes to produce a product that satisfies beef consumers, like you! In times of uncertainty about where your food comes from or how it was processed, we want to give you a product where you don't have to worry about its past. Our beef is raised here at the ranch from birth until finish. We treat our cattle like they're the ones feeding our own family. When you know your farmer, you know your beef!
